Adults often overlook or dismiss the very real stress experienced by teens in our lives. This inclusive, trauma-informed class is designed to honor and acknowledge this issue, and help teens learn:

1) the basic science of both stress and wellness practices,

2) how to identify and navigate stress in the body and mind, and

3) different ways to calm and regulate one’s nervous systems and feel more grounded

The goal is to help teens feel and create safety in their internal spaces, especially when their lives have been filled with uncertainty, instability, or trauma.
